The Father’s Love Church

Sarah Adebukola

Awoman chosen by God himself and handed the Apostolic ministry. You can rightly call her the Apostle of Love.

She had encountered God as a teenager and by revelation met God as a father.

She began to take spiritual leadership position in 1997 and has since served in different capacities in the Vineyard.

Her work has led many souls to the Kingdom of God, baptizing them in the Holy Spirit, equipping them for ministry, and enabling them to live purposeful lives. Many of those she has mentored are now also engaged in ministry work.

She has served with several ministries, both locally and abroad. Notable among them are:

  • Vision Alive Bible Church, Ijebu Igbo, Ogun State (1997-1998), where she served as the Pastor in charge of Prayers for two years.
  • Christos Harvest Church, Ibadan, Oyo State (2000-2002), where she served as an Assistant Pastor.
  • Living Faith Church, Abuja, Nigeria (2004-2006), where she worked in the Children’s Department.
  • The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Abuja (2007-2008), where she worked with the Youth.

During these years, she also held outreaches and wrote and published The Voice of Healing magazine, teaching about the redemptive work of Jesus and how to appropriate divine healing. She also established Healing School, also known as Healing Glo, where she ministered to people, and many testimonies of healing and deliverance followed as the Lord confirmed His word with signs and wonders.

She has also undertaken several missionary journeys, including trips to the UAE and Kenya. Between 2009 and 2011, she ministered to the Church in Dubai, founding Lunch Hour Fellowships in Dubai. Her mission work took her to Mombasa, Kenya, in 2012, where she ministered to the Youth, leading them to Christ, teaching foundational doctrines, and baptizing many.

She is the founder of several communities, including:

  • Winning Women International Fellowship (WWIF), a ministry to women where they are spiritually and economically empowered.
  • Living Real with Sarah Club (LRS), a platform where she reaches out to the youth, helping them build healthy relationships with themselves and others, especially with the opposite sex.
  • Praying Parents Platform, where parents are taught and encouraged to intentionally pray daily for their children.

A lover of children and a child adoption advocate, she is the founder of Operation Save A Child, also known as the Healing Glow Foundation, where she and her team empower women, feed, and sponsor less-privileged children in Nigeria. She is also a philanthropist and an author.

Since December 15, 2022, she has been coordinating the Word and Prayer Daily Devotional, Arise & Pray. Starting February 4, 2024, she will also lead weekly Sunday online services. Although she has been involved in church planting and previously pastored God’s Love International Christian Centre in Abuja (2009-2012), she will now focus on teaching and equipping others to do the same.

Her greatest desire is expressed in John 4:34: “Jesus said to them, ‘My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to completely finish His work.’” For the past 25 years, she has remained true to her calling, even in the face of death, faithfully doing her Master’s bidding despite the challenges.

Her mission is to “Help People Build and Maintain Healthy Relationships” in three dimensions: (1) with God, (2) with themselves, and (3) with others.

She is a light, a torchbearer, a Certified Existential Well-being Counselor, an experienced marriage counselor, and a relationship coach. She is also a talk show host, a loyal friend, a sister, a mother, a loving disciplinarian, a good listener, and a faithful confidant—the list goes on.
